Creator Submission Terms & License

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

These Creator Submission Terms & License (“Terms”) govern the submission of recipes, beverage concepts, photos, text, and related materials (collectively, “Submissions”) by you (“Creator,” “you,” or “your”) to Lunch God, Inc. (“Lunch God,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website, forms, or related submission portals (the “Submission Portal”).

By submitting any Submission and/or paying a submission review fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Submission Portal is a temporary intake experience for Lunch God’s Founding Creator Menus, rotating menus, and related menu development initiatives.

Submission of a Submission does not guarantee selection, menu placement, compensation, publication, feedback, or continued participation.

Lunch God may discontinue, pause, modify, or replace the Submission Portal at any time, with or without notice.

2. Submission Review Fees; No Refunds

All submission review fees are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

Payment of a submission review fee:

• does not guarantee selection or review within any specific timeframe;

• does not guarantee compensation, menu placement, or publication; and

• does not create any partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and Lunch God.

3. No Obligation to Use; No Exclusivity

Lunch God has no obligation to select, use, commercialize, test, publish, or respond to any Submission.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Lunch God may receive similar or identical ideas, recipes, or concepts from other creators or third parties;

• Lunch God may independently develop similar or identical concepts; and

• you waive any claim arising from such similarity.

Your Submission is non-exclusive, and you remain free to use or submit your Submission elsewhere, subject to any separate written agreement you may enter into with Lunch God.

4. Intellectual Property & License Grant

You retain ownership of your original Submission, subject to the license granted below.

By submitting a Submission, you grant Lunch God a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

• review, evaluate, test, prepare, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, display, perform, and otherwise use the Submission;

• create derivative works from the Submission;

• use the Submission in connection with menu development, testing, operations, marketing, promotion, and platform features; and

• use your name, social handle, likeness, and biographical information for attribution and promotional purposes, subject to any separate written agreement.

For clarity, this license is granted solely in connection with Lunch God’s business, platforms, and related promotional activities.

This license survives termination of these Terms.

5. Recipe, Name & Concept Modifications

If a Submission is selected, you acknowledge and agree that Lunch God may, in its sole discretion:

• refine, revise, or adapt recipes, ingredients, preparation methods, and formats;

• revise or change dish or beverage names for clarity, branding, or operational execution; and

• adapt concepts to meet food safety, sourcing, cost, equipment, or regulatory requirements.

Creator credit, if any, will be governed solely by an applicable written agreement, and final execution decisions rest exclusively with Lunch God.

6. Alcohol & Beverage Submissions

Beverage Submissions may be non-alcoholic or alcohol-inspired.

Submission of an alcohol-inspired concept does not imply that Lunch God will serve, sell, or permit alcoholic beverages. Final execution may adapt beverage concepts to non-alcoholic formats.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes the service or sale of alcohol unless and until permitted by applicable law and licensing.

7. Creator Representations & Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old;

• you have the legal right and authority to submit the Submission;

• the Submission does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party intellectual property or other rights;

• the Submission is not confidential and does not contain trade secrets of others;

• you have disclosed known allergens to the best of your knowledge; and

• the Submission complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. No Confidentiality

Submissions are not confidential. Lunch God has no obligation to treat any Submission as confidential unless expressly agreed to in writing.

9. Compensation

No compensation is owed unless and until expressly agreed to in a separate written agreement executed by Lunch God.

Any compensation, revenue share, or participation terms will be governed solely by such agreement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lunch God and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• your Submission;

• your breach of these Terms; or

• your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunch God shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Submission Portal or your Submission.

Lunch God’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in submission review fees.

12. Termination

Lunch God may remove, decline, or discontinue review of any Submission at any time, for any reason.

Sections relating to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

13. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

14. Changes to These Terms

Lunch God may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of submission governs that Submission.
